Our Yoga Offerings

Detailed descriptions of our diverse range of classes

Hatha Yoga

A foundational practice focusing on physical postures (asanas) and breath (pranayama). Hatha is practiced at a slower pace compared to other styles, making it an ideal entry point for those new to yoga or looking to refine their alignment.

Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Benefits: Improved flexibility, stress reduction, and foundational strength.
Duration: 60 - 75 minutes
Bring: Comfortable clothing, water bottle, and a personal mat (optional).
Vinyasa Flow

Dynamic movement synchronized with breath. Vinyasa is a fluid practice that transitions smoothly from one pose to the next, creating a moving meditation that builds heat and cardiovascular endurance.

Level: All Levels (Modifications provided)
Benefits: Increased stamina, cardiovascular health, and mental focus.
Duration: 60 minutes
Bring: Moisture-wicking attire, towel, and water.
Yin Yoga

A meditative, slow-paced style where poses are held for longer periods (3-5 minutes). Yin targets the deep connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints, rather than the muscles.

Level: All Levels
Benefits: Deep tissue release, enhanced circulation, and emotional regulation.
Duration: 75 minutes
Bring: Warm layers (body temperature drops during still practice).
Restorative Yoga

The ultimate practice for relaxation. Using props to fully support the body, Restorative yoga allows for deep rest and nervous system regulation without any physical effort.

Level: All Levels
Benefits: Deep relaxation, improved sleep, and anxiety relief.
Duration: 60 - 90 minutes
Bring: Eye pillow (optional), warm socks, and comfortable clothing.
Gentle Yoga

A soft, nurturing practice designed for those who prefer a less strenuous approach. Gentle yoga emphasizes accessibility and comfort, making it perfect for rehabilitation or daily maintenance.

Level: Beginner / Senior Friendly
Benefits: Joint mobility, gentle stretching, and mindful breathing.
Duration: 60 minutes
Bring: Comfortable, loose-fitting attire.
Prenatal Yoga

Supportive practice tailored for expectant mothers. Focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor, relieving pregnancy-related discomfort, and connecting with your baby through breath.

Level: All Stages of Pregnancy
Benefits: Preparation for childbirth, reduced back pain, and community support.
Duration: 60 minutes
Bring: Medical clearance, water, and comfortable support wear.
Senior Yoga

Focuses on balance, bone density, and joint health for our older community members. This class often incorporates chair support to ensure safety and stability while maintaining mobility.

Level: Seniors 60+
Benefits: Improved balance, fall prevention, and social connection.
Duration: 45 - 60 minutes
Bring: Comfortable shoes (if needed) and water.
Kids Yoga

A playful, imaginative introduction to yoga through games, storytelling, and movement. Helps children develop body awareness and emotional regulation tools in a fun environment.

Level: Ages 5 - 12
Benefits: Focus, coordination, and confidence building.
Duration: 45 minutes
Bring: Play-ready clothing and a sense of adventure.
Power Yoga

A vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Expect a faster pace, challenging sequences, and a focus on building core strength and muscle tone.
